Yes. We come and look at the job, then put a fixed price in writing. There is no charge and no obligation.
It depends on size and prep. We tell you the expected number of days in the written estimate, and we tell you straight away if something on site changes that.
No. We move what needs moving, cover the rest, and mask floors and fittings before any paint is opened.
Yes. We bring samples and patch them on your own wall so you see the colour in your own light, at different times of day, before we commit.
Most of our interior work is in occupied homes. We work room by room, keep dust down and tidy up at the end of each day.
Yes - offices, units and rental properties as well as houses. Tell us the scope and we will work around your opening hours where we can.
Exterior painting depends on temperature and moisture. If conditions are not right we will say so and schedule it properly rather than put paint on a surface that will not hold. In the meantime the crew plows and clears snow.
